​ In October 2017 we had created Northeast Custom Flatbeds. We started in a small location ( just like any new start up ). This location was only 1700 square feet and we rapidly filled the space inside and out. Within the 2nd month of being in business had to expand our operations. The landlord was great and agreed we needed a bigger location. He let us out of our lease and we moved to Keeler Street in Pittsfield, MA in December 2017

In December of 2018 we were moved into Keeler Street. This location had enough room to perform all operations. Almost 12000 sqr feet in an industrial park. Outside space was limited and the only entrance was a drive in ramp. Which was a problem for a lot of people with trailers and picking up flatbeds. The other downside to this location was no heat. As a rental we were not about to install a heating unit on our expense to heat this size of an area. We heated dome of the space that was sectioned off but in an old industrial building it really was a challenge. A personal friend and welder came to this location to help us from time to time and had made us an offer on a location in NY with HEAT. This was a very easy decision after working the whole winter in the cold. So we moved to NY.

In June of 2018 we made the move here. Welcome to the stony creek location. A customer waiting area with tv, a very large work shop with a spray booth and a beautiful upstairs office. Although Stony Creek is way off the beaten path... it is home. This business is not the type that needs to be on a busy street corner or in a mall so the location, rent, HEAT was ok with us and customers. This shop has taken on its capacity for work and we again needed to expand our business.

Ins Spetember 2019 this location had to be added to our operations. South Glens Falls, NY. This location was designed to be mainly a cut shop and steel delivery location. This shop would handle all steel intake, steel cutting for orders and if needed build an occassional flatbed to handle overflow. We also performed a couple installs at this location. In March 2020 everyone knows that Covid 19 hit and what it has done to many small business's. This location was a sad result of Covid 19 and was closed within the soon following months. While the Stony Creek location was shut down for a while, we have been able to financially keep this location through Covid and is still operational to this day.
